The word from nfl.com is he should be ready for week 1 of the regular season because its not as bad as first feared

The Saints staff should flip the script this week and start the backup D-Line against the Raiders first unit and see what they've got. The three young DT's have looked good against the second units. Plus, it might light a fire under the starters.
