I guess I need to buy a new version of this game just to get an updated roster. My current edition is so old that Deuce McAllister is the starting runningback.

XBox 360 has a free downloadable demo of Madden 12, I checked it out the other weekend. There are some improvements, like improved running game and tackling physics. Also improved cinematics like players coming out of the tunnel. The rest of the game was nothing special and I think Madden is still treading water. I think I'll save the money and take the kids to a local high school or college game.

I've been playing the **** out of the '12 Demo on PS3; I buy the new Madden/NCAA every year, already have Madden preordered. I'm a franchise/dynasty fanatic.

And Madden finally updated and fixed franchise mode this year.

Can't wait for it to come out AUG 30.

I feel the same way, I got crushed online. It seemed like they were cheating somehow and knew exactly what play I was calling everytime. After that I gave it up, too time consuming for one, and I just got bored with it. It was really just a way to kill time while in college when I was poor.

Well since my son no longer works on the game I guess I can blast it!

The game sucks. In fact last year and this year sucks. The worse versions I have ever seen... such disappointments.

Why is the trend to make video games 'arcade - ish' They take the chest and stradegy out of games in recent years. The games get so boring so fast now.
