Not to get back on topic... but the Packers got routed by the Browns pretty good which means about as much as the Saints losing a pre-season game; nothing. Does anybody remember when the Saints went undefeated in preseason, I think it was with Shuler, only to go on and have a horrible season. As a kid I swore I would never make anything more out of games that don't count ever again.

Move to Atlanta if things are so freakin' bad, douchenozzle. |
Pre season wins and losses may help mentally, but they don't amount to diddley squat.
Teams have done poorly in pre season and still kicked ass in the regular season through out the history of the NFL, so... yea, voodoo won't help either. |
Man this thread is rough! The Texans game reminded me of that fateful Seahawks game that knocked us out.

I for one would be very concerned if they started cutting people left and right after one poor performance in the pre-season. That would mean that the FO did a lousy job of finding talent to fill potential roster spots and would also bring the proverbial rain down on our parade about how well ML and the FO performed during the FA frenzy.
And on the other topic... I've personally always favored TNT over C-4 'cos C-4 is just too impersonal and precise... blowing up C-4 was never as much fun as blowing up TNT... more efficient maybe, but never as much fun! http://yoursmiles.org/msmile/quarrel/m1340.gif |

Well who else thinks that GW should at least slap the crap out of someone?

Dubya said that Perry is too dumb to be president. That should be enough info for a decision.
The real question is, would you want this guy running your defense? They shouldnt cut anyone until the last possible second. Too many injuries already. |
