Things that make you go Hmmm..........

Grady Jackson goes to GB and does very well and is in the playoffs.
LaRoi Glover goes to Dallas, starts, and was in the playoffs.
Norman Hand goes to Seattle, does well and was in the playoffs.
Jake Delhomme goes to Carolina, starts and goes to the playoffs.
Willie Roaf goes to KC, starts, goes to the playoffs and makes all-world on all ballets.
Kyle Turley goes to SF, starts and goes to the playoffs.

Does anyone see a VERY disturbing trend here? They couldn't play for us for one reason or another but they all go and play good enough to help take someone else to the playoffs? And I'm sure there are others I couldn't remember right off the top of my head. Will Horn be the next one? There is something very, very wrong with the evaluation of talent in this organization.
