No team is a finished product. That statement is like saying, "we've invented all that is possible to invent," then close the Patent Office.

Quality control is lacking in these articles. Publish more, say less.

Well said - no team should ever be satisifed. The goal is to create the best team you can that will work together & work for each other & the team.

This process is constantly changing & evolving so a good team needs to do the same!!
