What's on the menu for Thursday night??
 

Spicy, broiled chicken wings
Turkey bluecheese burgers
and some beer

We finally got a break from the 100+ degree days, thanks to TS Lee. I think I can finally make a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo now, and Thursday sounds like a good day to do it.

Caribou Lasagna!

Pork Chops. Apple Sauce. Peanut Butter and Banana samitch.

Errr... the Saints Game dummy!!! I'll eat a big lunch so I can drink pleanty beer. Hopefully Halo is going to invite me.

Made the potato salad and brownies last night.....chicken is cooking now, and soon to be stirring the roux up for my chicken and sausage gumbo! (With a few frozen margaritas thrown in for good measure)!

Hot Sausage Po-Boy and Onion Rings from Rags because I can't get out of work in enough time to cook!!! Rags is ont the way home!! Come on 5 o'clock!!!!

Chinese food, sushi and chips. My niece's birthday, she called the meal.

But I'll be wearing my cheesehead hat upside down just in case.
