Colston news
Coach Sean Payton says the Saints are targeting just a four-week absence for Marques Colston (collarbone), meaning he would return in Week 6.
Payton also revealed that Colston now has a plate protecting the fracture while it heals. The Saints are optimistic that Colston can beat a normal recovery time from this injury. We're not so sure, but would advise to hang onto Colston as an injured WR5 in the meantime. He'll be a fantasy starter upon return. Source: Jeff Duncan on Twitter |
If its a clean break 4 weeks sounds about righ, especially with the medical care and rehab that NFL teams can afford.

No telling how long it will take. I think Payton is being very liberal with the time frame. As much as it hurts me to say it sign Moss. If it doesn't work out then oh well, you have to do something and he's the best option when you look at experience and production.

he needs to sleep in that thing TO had when he healed from a broken leg in like 3 weeks

Full recovery so that he gets back in rhythm, and not re-aggivating it and being in and out from week to week. I'd like to have some stability long term for Drew on that side of the field.

I'm with Darstep don't rush him back and make this into a nagging injury.

The solution...
|
6 weeks minimum!!

With the hits Colston takes routinely, do you really want him back too soon?
