Does anyone have a status on him?

He should be ready to go by week 7...we shall see.

Another tough decision to make but I think this is when 1 of the FB's will get cut loose.

They've got him chained like a raging bull. If he is actually healthy upon return, expect great things. That's all he's delivered thus far.

I wonder how Payton will work him into the rotation, Its already a crowded backfield and to be fair Ivory is a hell of a runner that needs to get a good amount of runs.

I was asked to jump onboard the Zooey train as I guess it was good for the team in the past. Now, if I had to "take one for the team", you gotta admit, Zooey Deschanel would be a good one to take it for! LOL

If these backs are able to stay relatively healthy this season we will be fielding phone calls for trades next year. We don't have a first round draft choice and this should give us additional ammunition.

Yeah, well, looking at what Homer is married to it is no wonder you don't understand fascination with the hotness that is Zooey.

First he has to be activated. With his injuries, I wouldn't say it's a certainty. Then, if Thomas, Ingram, and Sproles are healthy, the Saints would have to carry four RB's on the active gameday roster. Something they haven't done so far. If somehow he is active, my guess is he would be used in short yardage situations.

Payton would game it based on the practices and prep for the week Ivory is back. He may be in a cap and tee shirt the 1st couple of weeks. Ivory would get a few touches especially carved out in Payton's game plan, and then add/subtract slices from week-to-week as he progresses.

That's the trend so far.

Well, not the Swedish Bikini Team, but...

HOT all the same. Again, in that girl-next-door kinda way.
