The Saints versus the Panthers game could be a game of confidence boosts between Mark Ingram and Cam Newton. If Newton defeats Drew Brees and the Saints defense then he will believe he can beat anyone. While it would't mean as much to Ingram it could jump start him if he has a big game.

Yes, but can he outrun Cam?

Our offense will be trying to outrun their offense, and in a footrace... My money is on Cam.

Now, will the Saints pull this one off? I certainly hope so!

Who sacks Newton first. Will Smith !

They have one receiving weapon in Smith. Double him, stop the run and play outside containment with a middle spy to prevent Cam scrambles and we'll be fine. Beason is a huge loss for them. We need to run the ball and play clock control.

Harper gets him first with cleanup help from our Cam.

Newton does not go down easily. We have to have Smith tie him up and Franklin fall on him.

Sorry. Still not sold on Scam. Playing **** teams from behind all the time will pad your stats. Secondly, I just don't like Scam.

We SHOULD have their defense gassed by the end of the second quarter. Anything less is failure on our part. Cam will have his moments. Smith will have his. They may have a nice run or three, and their TEs might have a few moments, but this game, if we play it the way we should, shouldn't be close by mid-way through the 3rd quarter.

Umm - Didn't Chicago beat them (I know Carolina did kick to Hester, but..) & didn't we DEMOLISH Da Bears??
