He should've been ejected. Scuffling is one thing but he could've seriously hurt Jenkins with that facemask crap.

Harpers hit was unnessecary but that crackhead Smith is just plain dirty. What he did is dangerous and I hope he gets a big fine.

Lafell also came in with late punches and a ref just pulled him off. That deserves a suspension. But, we want them to keep playing and beat other more dangerous opponents if possible.

Don't forget to hit up Roger Goodell on twitter. Both hits were uncalled for and smith should have been kicked out of the game, maybe Harper as well. We as fans should petition Goodell to suspend Smith for endangerment to player safety. And the roughing the passer penalties were BS as well.

Agreed Harper's hit was late and he got flagged for it which was correct. The Referees should have penalized the retaliation but chose to do nothing. Crusader is right Smith is a dirty player and probably was taking cheap shots earlier.

Refs were blind today. Helmet to helmet on drew, the late td we had use our last challenge on, the invisible pass interference in the endzone..... I could go on..... Worst officiating ive seen in years.... If we hadnt won the game, i would be much angrier guaranteed....

That was the one I was pissed about. It was obvious that it was a legal hit as he was releasing the ball, HENCE the ball was wobbly! That should have been 4th down.

NO - it is not Ok. I know that teams get calls against them all the time BUT we have had an inordinate amount of crap calls this season & we are only 5 games in.

PLUS - it was dangerous. If Harper shws up on the IR or limited in practice THEN IT IS REALLY BS!!

That was just one tough game. All I can say is I'm glad Drew is our Quarterback. He is a very special player.

We might as well face it, with the way the rules are if you pass by the QB and pass gas your going to get a roughing the passer flag, that 1st RTP was crap but it gave the panthers momentum and they scored a TD. If you look at the tape Jenkins didn't even put up a fight, went limp as soon as his face mask was grabbed, and waited for a penalty to be called, and it never was. I think little Smith is lucky, Jenkins could kick his butt easy.

Smith was not having anything to do with Harper. When he saw Jenkins get jumped he ran in and grabbed him by the face mask as the rest of the team piled on. He's a coward.

Smith is a jerk. I have NEVER been able to tolerate his little wormy actions on the field. Grandstanding hotdog midget! Too bad Harper wasn't able to get an even better shot in! After watching how horrid the officiating was in that game..and was awful in the Bears game, too....I'm thinking I might have to get tickets to the Panties game at da dome. He was show boating and slowing down before he got to the endzone, hit him every time, I can live with the 15yrds it's worth it.

I have a habit of making the calls and explaining the penalties to my girl. I said , oh no Jenkins is going to get a personal foul penalty and then when the ruckus started I told her that there would be off setting penalties. I usually make the right call. I still did.......it was the refs that screwed up.
