Saints are coming off a lose to an inferior opponent, i doubt they take the Colts lightly this week

I am less concerned about what the Colts do. I'm more concerned about what we LET them do.
We have got to stop the run this week, and make Painter have to carry the load.
He needs to be eating turf beads all night. We can not let these guys hang around.
We need to get back the four give aways from last week.
I hope the week 1 offense shows up with the week 2 defense and serve up their worse beatdown of the season.

We need to take Painters spray rig away from him..

Especially the last one about the on sides kick just for old times sake, lol.

I honestly think, this team being home, first time in close to a month, and having a bad taste in their mouth from last week, I think we will win by two scores this week. Every week is tough in the NFL, but I am a lot less worried about this game than the previous two.

Everyone is giving this game in the odds/media by 20 points. Kinda has a Cleveland feel. I hope it is a blow out, it would be nice not to stress about a game until time runs out. Indy then St Louis, would be great to have a few easier weeks to let the offense find its balance not having to climb out of a hole.

This wont be an easy game...

I have to be honest- if ever there was a wekk for the Saints to make a statement, this would be it. Sunday night game in the Dome. I really think this will be our best game of the year. If we lose this- hate to say it, but we are no better than last year.

I think we are going to light up the score board this week.

Lots of distractions this week. I hope the players can focus and not take this (or any) NFL team lightly. Last season exposed our tendency to over confidence.

I think we're going to come out and beat that dead horse into the ground.

This game is over by half-time and we cruise to a double-digit win.

The troubling thing that I've noticed, is that the Colts' scores have been getting a little higher each week...it's not a perfectly straight line, but it sorta almost looks like they're inching upwards, getting better at scoring each week...their scores so far have been something roughly like 7, 16, 17, 20, 23, or whatever. So like a blind horse bumping around inside the corral, they are slowly learning where the door is.

If the Saints defense lets the Colts get past that magic number of 24, it could be a long night for the Saints.

Yes I feel the same... the team happy to be at home for a change.

Two score though could be 6 points - two field goals, lol.
