This is going to be our highest scoring game all season prolly, but only because the saints D is pedestrian at the absolute very best.

But we're not outscoring Brees and his "Checkdown or touchdown" style of play. Anyone remember what happened last time we played Tampa 2 against him? We let him throw for 4 and 5 yards all night long. We almost encouraged him to do it. And he did. He had a record setting Super Bowl against us. Now he has a chance to do it again in the regular season.

The fact they will finish the year with the first or second draft pick for next year, is going to make the colts very scary next year.

Yeah like we were gonna roll over Seattle on that fateful day. We can't take any game for granted and I'm sure SP will have the team mentally ready. A co-worker said this could be a trap game for the Saints but I don't think so.

That's the mistake people make with the NFL. They live off the previous week instead of the entire body of work. By that wisdom we should have destroyed Tampa because they got destroyed the week before. It just doesn't work that way.
Teams have games they come out flat for. It is tough to win on the road. When you play on a short week it can have an effect. Injuries, not the ones we know about. There is just a lot that goes into each week in the NFL.
There was someone on here who said that there was no way the Falcons would beat the Eagles after the way they performed against Chicago. I kept saying I think they can because the Eagles have huge holes in the middle of their D. I wasn't guaranteeing a win by the Falcons- but I did say they had a shot because of the Eagles weak D. The previous week does not determine the game this week. This is our first time home in near a month, I am sorry, but I think we will be ready for this one. After the way we played last week- I think we will come and play lights out

Runs for 80 yards on 6 carries against Tampa and our vaunted RB corps can't run fo 80 yards the whole game. What a wasted first and second round draft day trade for a waste at RB when we need defense.

Me too. I hope that our team plays how they are capable.

I hope Drew stops throwing Int's, which probably means we are going to have to run the ball better. We have 0 balance.

The Saints need to go all guns blazing from the very beginning of the game and not leave themselves in the position of trying to play catch up as they have done in most of their other games so far this season!

Also, it would be great to have a good game from the defence and prove the doubters wrong!!

The Colts didn't want to be outdone by the Dolphins in their last minute total meltdown to Tim Tebow.

I think back to the beginning of the season and the team was feeling disrespected because everybody said the Colts are a one man team. I think you can see it in their faces it is starting to sink in that it is true. Next will be how long before there becomes divisions in the locker room. Most importantly is next year when Peyton is back will they have lost any swagger they have had.

I re-watched the game. We did not throw a pass for the the last 16+ minutes of the game.
