What a fine performance last night...

The only problem was that it wasn't a team I'd really like to have humilitated on National TV like, say, the Jets? Giants? Eagles? Steelers? Ravens? 49ers? Redskins? Cowboys?

Ryan and the Jets would have been my choice right now; though, the 49ers, Redskins, and Eagles are due some payback...

Manning set Superdome records that night.
He came home, kicked the cat, threw the dog out, turned over the table,
and slapped the wife because the dinner was too cold.
I just wish Manning were the QB so that the pummeling would have been complete.
I think he got off easy.

I'm just glad we beat a team down we should have beat down. I would have been pissed if it was a close victory

The opening Thursday night game is always at the home of the SB champion. The game was in Indy.

Then I'm remembering the wrong game, because the one I'm thinking of was a beat down in our place. I was on my way to an install in Austin listening to it on the radio. My vocabulary was greatly enhanced that day...
