They gave up a fumble 6 so that even out. Our D consistantly suck.

I don't have a problem giving our O a pass unless it keeps up but they are usually good about rebounding and our D is the same D we had vs. Seattle.

EXACTLY, and knowing that going into the game you would think that is what we would key on stopping. Their first run play they let us know where they were running to OUTSIDE for 9 yards.

Sure you can. Our offense was pathetic today. We couldn't do anything on offense until the 4th quarter. It looked like we were playing the 99 Ravens.

This loss is most definitely more on the offense than the defense.

Tell me why we chose not to establish the run...look who is last against it

I don't care who the loss is on really but I have to say looking at the overall picture of the season so far. Our so called Defense has not improved over last year and that was all the talk going into the season.

With that said I am ready for some heads to roll.

We were running the football even in the 4th quarter. Were you not watching the game?

Rams beat us, they were the better team today OVERALL.

I said establish the run..yeah it was too late in the 4th duh...

Euphoria 10-30-2011 06:40 PM

They ran the ball through out the game.

Saints pass to set up the run... Rams were on fire.

Maverick2299 10-30-2011 07:07 PM

Every dog gets its day....today it was the rams.

Our Defense is built to blitz...after we have a lead, because we know what the other team has to do...we are not built to have the D carry us while Drew and the O take three Qtrs to figure out how to move the ball. I put this one soley on Drew and the O.....My O

The Patriots are an Elite team? Did anyone bother to tell that to Pittsburgh?

There are no elite teams. just teams.

Why dont we raise 10 kinds of living hell Sunday in the Dome,
and see if we can will our way to a perfect home record?

Awesome point, that's what we need.

Last year at this time, the Falcons looked like an elite team.

YOU? For you? The answer is yes. Put a bag over your head. Your comment deserves scorn and ridicule.

The Aints were born out of a 1-15 season after years of terrible losing. If the Saints have ten years of losing seasons and then go 1-15 it will be time to bring out the bag heads again.

I don't know what point you are trying to make with your comment, but, you missed the mark and seem like a Troll.

Wow... You just overreacted to my overreaction...

I was as pissed off as all of you after that game, and I've been somewhat disappointed with how the Saints have played on both sides of the ball this season, but I blame myself for getting too hyped up about the team and the new additions, and consequently, building up expectations in my mind that were near impossible to meet in the real world.

Actually, I blame the lockout for all those high expectations and the half-drunken free agency frenzy that ensued after the deal was made between the owners and players, which all made it seem like anything was possible.

Still, I firmly believe that this team can raise the Lombardi trophy at the end of the season, and if not - I'm just glad we have football this year!

Also the Packers lost back to back to the 2-2 redskins and the 2-2 dolphins. The dolphins game being in green bay. Sometimes a team just has your number.
