this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I'm happy they went for it, but that's the dumbest damn thing I've seen a coach do in a long time. If you're 4th and a yard in OT on the OTHER side of the 50 and bordering on field ...

I'm happy they went for it, but that's the dumbest damn thing I've seen a coach do in a long time. If you're 4th and a yard in OT on the OTHER side of the 50 and bordering on field goal range then yeah, but to go for it there where if you don't get it you lose? That's just stupid.
