Looks like Smith has wood for the coach..lol but this is the best http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...eldpicture.jpg |
Graham has always been an 'automatic catch' but yesterday, after his retarded start, I flinched when he caught that ball in the end zone. I don't care what he did yesterday, it's what he didn't do that sticks in my mind for some reason.
I was furious. But thank God we won! Alaska |
Who's ya Daddy?

and that picture was taken after a 4 yard reception. I remember seeing him do it and then looking to see we had 3rd and 5 |
Personally, I don't like his style........I love the way he plays and I'm dang glad he's here but he reminds me of a bully and a punk.jmho
I do know that he's had a tough life and has an attitude about his early childhood. But I prefer my athletes to be humble. |

Jimmy a punk?...get outta here..this is the NFL...he takes all kinds of hits ..he better have an attitude or he will be toast... Graham is the man at TE now..he can talk all he wants..and if your mama dropped you off with your clothes and said goodluck i dont want you..i think you would have a chip to..:bng: |
Rugby has a good point, though.
Put up... and shut up. He left 40 yards on the field yesterday. Why don't I forgive him? Because he NEVER leaves 40 yards on the field. He was PETRIFIED of first-contact yesterday. Once he got cracked once he settled down, but on-the-whole, Jimmy Graham DOES NOT like to be tackled. Alaska |
I don't think he was afraid of the hit. I think he was prepping to get more, too soon, and as a result he got nothing. Regardless, at the end of the day he had yet another good game. It was a nice recovery for a guy who's still learning.
I LOVE Graham. |

BUT Graham plays balls ot the walls & he is still young. PLUS I really like that fact that he does not have a million tatoos all over the place. |
hopefully I am speaking for the 3 dissenters here when I say this:
We love Graham as a player, but just think he needs to tone it down a few notches. He is still in the learning phase; by my count he made 5 pretty big errors yesterday. I'm all for an enthusiastic guy being intense, but he needs to hold on to the ball, stop running the wrong route, etc, before he does a Superman routine |
People never cease to amaze..best TE in the league and y'all *****?..lawd lawd!...whats next..
|
I tell you what; that Grabowski or whatever'ski put on a clinic last night. That boy is TOUGH. I found myself wishing Graham had that kind of day yesterday.

This kid is an NFL TE. He's a big guy and I have not seen anything that shows fear on his part. In fact, I've only seen attitude and him trucking people. He didn't look the ball into his hands and now he's petrified of playing football. He has had some bad drops this year. He's dropped more than most of the specialty players in the NFL for sure. I hate seeing it just like you do and hope that he cleans it up. Quote:

I agree ..this has to be the silliest thread on the board..i mean really? but after being in chat yesterday..none of this surprises me.. |
I just don't get why there is such a lack of concentration by the team this year. It's annoying and wasting our window of opportunity.
|
I think we need to appreciate the talent we have in Jimmy G. The best thing about him is, he does his talking on the field. Yeah, he goes over the top sometimes, but look at it this way. He does it for us, the fans. DON'T LIE, WE ALL GOT EXICTED WHEN HE POWER DUNKED THAT GOAL POST!!!!! I would have dunked it, I don't know about you. F*** the Falcons and their Goal Post. The fact is, I wish all our players were on his hype level yesterday.
|
I'd much rather have the two drops and the one that hit him in the back of the legs than the dunk. Save it and catch the ball.
But yeah, cmike, I was happy about that also! Alaska |
I like the guy as he is, 100%. Sure he crapped out of the 1st 2 passes his way. But I never knew a player who has never messed up a pass at his numbers.
I said during the chat the boy would come good, and he did. Sometimes we need his attitude to help drive the funk not just out of him but the team. And my, I can tell ya that the Saints have had some funks this season and they are not all down to Graham. We have a great TE in the making and he is a Saint. |
Lol those pics are awesome, espically the one where the players are posing in front of Mike Smith. Lmao
|
Graham has working hrad, earning respect from players and fans.
He is worth it. Glad he is here. I agree with Malbaro Man about the overall lack of concentration with the Saints. Seems to me they are not capitalizing when they get turnovers. Yesterdays game, no way Atlanta should have been allowed to gain up in scoring on the Sain ts. I see other teams who are up by 13, 16 points and they start putting the game away at that point. They keep on scoring. The Saints , love'm still and happy they pulled a W yesterday , seems to let their opponents catch up. |

|
I wish Payton would have turned around and seen Smith laughing at him,Payton would have put 2 beating on the clowns in the Georgia Dome in 1 day.
