Having their coach, boss, right there makes a difference. Having him be able right there to look at players, talk to them and the other coaches, talk to the referees, see everything right as it happens or is about to happen and maybe changing his mind right there, all of it makes a difference having his presence there.
Communication by headset, era pieces is ok, but, no, your head coach needs to be right there. Yes, I think it made a difference. |
