ESPN Re-brands Saints Logo - along with other teams
Check them out.. Did pretty darn good with the Saints Logo.
NFC Logos: Page 2 rebrands NFL logos to better reflect on-field performance - ESPN AFC Logos: Page 2 rebrands NFL logos to better reflect on-field performance - ESPN This is something they do to add a bit of Comic relief about the team and their current standing mid-season.. Not to be taken seriously, but there are a lot of Funny one's. i think the Bronco's one is FREAKIN HILARIOUS!!! - Tebowing!... But the Jags had me about to Fall out of my Chair lmao.. Road Kill.. LMAO!!!!!!!!! |
That's pretty funny
|
A few good ones. The Saints one is kinda weak...it should have been Glass Joe punching down a Saints logo because that's what it felt like when we lost ot the Rams.
|
Were on crutches, they probably figured that was telling the truth in jest. I did like a few of them, thought some were funny.
|
Lol....
|

The Colts one is true ! I love it. Great Post.
|
Thats pretty cool, but the Bear's new logo is the only one that was truly funny to me.
|
OHHHHHHHHHH... its for payton.... hahahaha... hilarious. ok... cuz i was thinking, "shoot, we usually have more guys out with injuries." you can tell its the bi week, and Im busy back in real life for a couple days.
somebody explain the bills, the eagles, the texans, & the raiders. |
Eagles - its the Miami Heat logo, the last self proclaimed "Dream Team" that didn't win a championship
Bills - Flat lining, they started off hot and now have lost like 4 of 5 Texans - Matt Leinart had photos of him come out when he was with Arizona of him giving groupies beer bongs in a hot tub and with Schuab out he's now the starter Raiders - Palmer was "retired" and at one point there was a joke on NFLN of him eating hotdogs with ex 49ers coach Steve Mariucci *****for having a life, I look like I don't have a life********** |
On a serious note, the Redskins need a name change badly.
Names like Braves, Indians, Seminoles and Warriors are OK because they show respect, but Redskins in one that I see as totally unacceptable as a team name. And trust me, I detest most of the hypocritical PC movement with a passion, but that one's just gotta go. BTTT: My favorie was certainly the Bills. Creative and clever. |

If you don't believe then there's no problem. Just view them as mythical creatures, until of course that time comes when you discover you're wrong, then you have some pretty significant problems to deal with. ;) |
I think people need to get over this having their feelings hurt and names they find offensive. It's a nickname used in playing a game. Get over it!!
I know, we can call them the Washington Congresspeople because we don't want to be sexist and just say Congressman. |

Don't get me wrong. That word is offensive and I don't use it, but right on the other hand the people who are most 'offended' are the ones heard using it most often. It's a double-standard. |
Eagles logo LOL.
About the Broncos logo, I do think it is anatomically impossible for a real horse to tebow. Will do some checking on this. |
I'm just flabbergasted as to why everyone is calling it "tebowing". Players have been doing this since scoring a touchdown has been a positive thing. I don't get it.

THAT SHALL NOT BE TOLERATED BY THE MASSES... MUST RIDICULE... MUST NOT TOLERATE!!! |
--agrees with Danno about Tebow.
About Redskins: The name is, what, 80 years old? They called theirselves Indians, and you had people calling themselves "colored," and you still have people calling themselves coonazzes. When you pick a mascot, you're choosing something that you think is cool-- something you can rally around and fight for. Its done out of admiration, not out of disdain. Otherwise you'd have the LA Japs, and the Cleveland Krauts. Whoever picked "Redskins" actually thought Indians were heroic, and would be a good symbol. We just get offendable with time, and decide this or that word bothers us. Thus we still have a United Negro College Fund, even though in any other use, it sounds wrong. Yet the News can call an entire group of people a name that means a gay sex act, and snicker about it. I'd just like to see equality for everybody. So long as we have "Fighting" Irish-- how's that for a stereotype?, and "Ragin" Cajuns-- another anger management stereotype--- I think we should relax. I personally think nobody should ever call anyone a "Hokie." |
