Oh crap!!! didn't notice that. That was a GREAT hit by Devery!! Surprised they didn't call a penalty "unnecessary roughness, hitting a defenseless defender"..j/k but who knows...might be a new rule next year.

dat was a nice block, it look like he took out 2 g-mens & antrelle rolle took the brunt of the block,,,, it happen so fast that i had to rewind several times to find it

Always an under appreciated asset he brings to the table. Glad to see him getting some targets last night also.

Antrelle Rolle on the Devery Block I think his number is 26, it's fast though.

It was just like the great block he made in the Tampa game on Sproles' TD run that was called holding.

I also liked Meachem tying up his man and Bushrod lead blocking down the sideline!

It looks at times like we have WRs disappear due to the ball distribution, but last night was another case of the revolving opportunity for Saints receivers.

Devery had been quiet for a few games but had a great game last night.

Look for Meachem to torch Detroit!

The Wr on the left side blocking was Meachem, #17, whose engagement with the LB took an additional weak side pursuer.

Both of them had good blocks. Devrey in the backfield and Meachem downfield.

Agreed. There was a post earlier this week commenting that our WR's didn't block well.

This play shows otherwise. Our WR's excell at blocking.

Devery had a good game. Great blocking, catching better. He might have lost a step but he has become a better player all around!
