Is Brees getting slighted?
 

The NFL announced its Players of the Month for Offense, Defense and Special teams. There wasn’t an NFC South player among them.

Not surprising, really, since no NFC South player has been a Player of the Month this season. What is surprising is how the league, which usually goes out of its way to spread these kind of awards around, isn’t doing that with the NFC Offensive Player of the Month.

Aaron Rodgers won it. Good for him. He’s a great player and is having a tremendous season.

Please LET Drew get slighted -- it only makes him play better and he will have that chip on his shoulder, more to prove in January/February!

Let Rogers have these awards. Give Brees the MVP in the superbowl again, I'm sure he'll be cool with that.

every other forum Im in thinks so. If Brees had the same interceptions he would be beating Rodgers. And Brees has thrown 100 more pass attempts then Rodgers

I don't give a chit about what Rodgers and the Pack have done. Brees and Co. were doing the same thing two season ago, and weren't getting this kind of media attention. Sure, Rodgers is having a great season, but so are a lot of QBs. Thing is the media is permanently attached to the area between Rodger's legs, they don't notice.

And for anyone who thinks this is a "personal issue" with the Packers, it's not. It's with sports media. I've been saying for years how much they hate the Saints. Yackazzes.

Are you kidding? The Saints don't get any coverage, respect, airtime... ad nauseum.

They spend all their time talking about that douchehat, Teebeaux.

The sports networks are awful. So much Tebow and Cowboys.
ESPN and NFLN need to be like Brees. Spread it around.
