That plan seems to hang in the balance with the Reiprish thought .

Original reports had Reiprish scouting talent and the 2 signings have looked good with some value . Plenty of cap too pull the trade off with and if Reiprish has made any move in the Front office it could be to get between Benson and Haslett . Reiprish could be the answer too alot of personel matters in the front office , both players aguired are at good value and these players have strong character backgrounds .

I like the odds better with the thought of Reiprish around ......

From earlier in 2003 on Reiprish :

Reiprish is interviewing Friday in Jacksonville for the GM-level job, although he is not considered a serious candidate for the position. The early favorite for the position is Buffalo assistant general manager Tom Modrak, who interviewed with Jacksonville on Sunday.

Could Benson be setting the wheels in motion to release Loomis by hiring Reiprish ???

I think Sapp will end up with Ravens.
IMO the Saints won\'t have any big name free agents this period.
But they may grab somebody after the draft.
there should be another wave of cuts in june.
hopefully somebody useful will be there.
