Why play Mark Ingram when you have "the physical Chris Ivory"?
When you go down, it's your turn to sit, right? If Ingram had NOT come down with turf toe, I'm sure he'd still be playing each week, but... I'm jus' sayin'... Alaska |

Coach Payton may have to have 4 RB's active then so he can ease Ingram back in and not just give him a full work load. Ingrams going to be a special player though, he just needs to learn to read his blocks better.
Ivory had the same problem as a rookie, first couple games can everyone remember Ivory running 100mph straight into the back of our o lineman sometimes and not getting any yardage, after a year under his belt he knows how to manipulate the rush to find a hole, sometimes with a side step or a slight hesitation, Ingram will learn that soon and he will be awesome |

I like Ingram, but as a first round pick, this year's results have been disappointing with the exception of the 3rd/4th down conversion rate... |

none of them get enough carries to get their groove going. He has only had a couple of big runs, but I think he has done his job. A stand out year...no, an effective year....yes. I think he is averaging at about 3.9 yds per carry and Ivory 4.1 yards per carry. |

Big Sed better get off his big a$$ and get with the program, and I have not noticed Casillas gone, I have noticed that our D is playing better. I think we have the option to rest Ingram and we should, Ivory has done an excellent job as usual and is just about at game speed. Ivory and Ingram together could pound the rock against any D to wear their butts out. I like the running back by committee thing it gives us a lot of options.

I'd like to see Ivory get another chance to bust some people up. He still doesn't look up to last year's (pre-injury) form, but I'm seeing that as the lack of snaps.
