If GW leaves and I hope he doesn't, what would everyone think of Gruden becoming DC. Do you think he and Payton could co-exist?

I think GW is a lock for head coach at either the Rams or the Chargers...

No SP could not put up with Chucky the man is an ASS.

He might have some defensive talents as a coach BUT that is it.
The Super Bowl in TB was won using the players that Dungey left behind.

Note what happend the next year & the years after, TB sucked balls & Gruden has a lot to do with that (as does the fact that it is TB)
