Attitude DOES reflect leadership. I think Schwartz has very little control over his team.

I think you are right. His imagined slight by John Harbaugh (who seems like a friendly guy to me) and his out of control reaction was telling. You can't lead like that. Same argument I made about a HC position for GW. HCs need to lead -- and leaders keep their cool.

Not focused. Easily distracted. At times? Absolutely Brilliant!

Not what anyone wants as the head of an organization.
