I don't know how to vote; I'm rooting for the Pats but I think the Giants are going to win.
|
NYG beat San Fran seals the deal for me. Sorry Brady.
|
I don't care. I don't care at all. There's an 80% chance that I won't even watch.
|
Like both teams... but I'm going win the Pats.
Probably won't watch it though. Don't know why but I hardly ever watch Superbowls. |

Well...from somebody who just found out recently that he is not a real fan because he has a 2nd team...(it's OK...I can live with it)
Some of you guys are really missing out by limiting your ability to celebrate/agonize to just one team. The moment that Eli lobbed the ball to Plax after "The Great Escape" was one of the best moments of my life in SB 42...and I really can't remember any other moment being quite so exhilarating other than watching Porter step in front of Peyton's pass and returning it to the house to seal the Saints' 1st ever SB. I do remember where I was for both moments...and in the case of the Saints' game I remember typing, "OMG" over and over in the chat room. |
Well, 'LB', you know what they say ... "Great minds think alike", lol! Having a second team doesn't make someone any less of a fan ... heck, by definition, backing the Pats to win XLVI would make me a 'football whore'. I'd rather look at it as just another opportunity to get it right, minus the stress of my hometown team being there ... which, in my case, means SuperBowls have always been pretty 'stress-free', LoL!
Enjoy the game, it's part of the unwinding process and closure for the season. It allows one to move on, refresh and begin anew next season. Gotta' recharge the batteries, guys (and gals). Next season's NFC Championship game may very well be Saints/Lions and we're gonna' need all the energy we can get ... remember, you heard it here first. :) |
