Well, believe it or not, after entering all applicable data into a complex series of algorithms and equations, and factoring in the spread, I come up with the score, Giants: 27.4/Patriots: 25.5 ... but, seeing as how this outcome is not compatible with my original theory that New England will win the game, I have decided to go with Patriots: 29/Giants: 24.
I believe Vegas accepts wagers right up until kickoff in case anyone wants to use that one ...
