There hasn't been a finer voice around. We will miss him on the television airwaves. He is still in the booth, thankfully.

He was pretty good. People liked him. He certainly saw the Saints from the not so good years to the so-so years to the unbelievable.

Always listen to WWL anyway, thankfully he will still be there.

I miss Buddy D.

So he IS still going to do play-by-play on WWL, right????
sure hope so! I cant stand thinking about not hearing Jim Henderson's voice do Saints games. You can have a crap little radio in your truck in my swamp in Texas, and if Jim Henderson is talking, I'm right there with you guys. |

Yes, still on Radio. But today is going to be a sad news day in Nola Sports. I grew up watching Henderson on WWL. He's all I know. Tonight's sports will be difficult to watch indeed. |
Tell us how you really feel about Ditka, Jim!!! Good stuff!!
|
Glad he is still on the Radio. Get us to one more SB Jim before you retire!
|
Yeah, we're really going to miss him, but as long as he's doing Saints games on radio, I'm fine with it. He's earned this break from tv, just keep doing those games!

Jim relax an enjoy.
