Solid black leotards, yes, I agree. Need some color in there to break it up. The solid black looks so high school.

The problem with the Saints uni\'s (I know most don\'t wanna hear this...) is the gold. You can\'t do much with it and, except for the helmets, it always looks like a ****ty brown or yellow. Notre Dame pulls it off because they have blue & green as other colors. All we have is black. Plus, we are limited by the logo. It\'s not like an Falcon or something that you can make look more aggresive. I guess you could totally scrap it, and some up with something new. But...without looking like a bunch of idiots...what else could you do with \'saints\'? We are basically stuck with what we have.

I always wanted to see them take the fleurs de le on the helmet, turn it 22.5 degrees to the right, and enlarge it to where it is big enough to cover the entire half of the helmet, at scale. Leave the colors the same, because the design itself wouldn\'t cover up everything, if that makes any sense.

I liked the retro uniforms they wore a year or two ago that had the big stripes on the sleeves. I looked for a picture but couldn\'t find one. The worst were the shiny pale gold jersey.

rage those unis look like something from the arena league or maybe nfl europe or maybe a lacrosse uni

don\'t get me wrong i kinda like em but they don\'t look like an nfl uni to me, the pants look good but the jersey is iffy

i still laugh my ass off every time i see atlanta\'s or buffalo\'s sissy new uni\'s

You guys are just scared of change. I don\'t care for Atlanta\'s new jerseys, but it\'s just the sleeves that I don\'t like and the only reason I don\'t like them is because they are a different color than the main jersey. Buffalo\'s are bad, because of the two different colors on the jersey (as are seattle\'s home/white jerseys). The one I just did is unlike either of them...mine are solid color.

I think what you guys aren\'t liking is the more \'futuristic\' fonts. And that\'s just the way things are headed for now. The old fonts are fine, but you gotta do different things or everyone starts looking the same.

And you gotta make changes around once every 5 years, so that we the fans feel the need to support our team by purchasing a new jersey, keeping sales and revenue up for the team in question.
The change you made to the numbers was an upgrade, rage. And the pants might be the best I\'ve ever seen, including their actual uniforms. Something about the jersey itself, though...

I personally think those uniforms look awesome. I like the first set of numbers alot more than the second set. I don\'t know why everyone wants to revert back to the \"retro\" jerseys. The Saints retros are hidious. It would be different if we were the chargers. Their powder blue jerseys are kinda cool; however, the shade of gold used in our retro jerseys almost resembles orange. Personally my favorite Saints uniforms were the 1999 Puma jerseys. I especially liked the away jerseys (white jersey, black pants with thick white stripe down the leg). Anyways we seriously need to revamp our jerseys. I don\'t like the gold pants at all especially since they are a different shade than the rest of the gold on out uniforms.
