I love Hines Ward as a player, but I think he's done everything he possibly can in this league its time to hang em up.

Ward is done, and the Saints are Black & Gold.
The Steelers are black, and kinda off-urine hue.

In the couple of Steelers games I saw this past season, Ward was a gimpy shadow of his past self, and If I remember correctly he was going to undergo some surgeries after the season that dealt with some problems with his feet.

I have never liked the guy, but I have always admired his willingness and ability to make blocks and tackles, therefore, I would say definitely no to him as a player, but I would agree with JP in regards to bringing him in as a coach.

What would you do with him? Trot him out for a 'hail mary' pass on the last play of the SuperBowl? It's been done ... aka Patriots/Ochocinco.

Is he trying out for the Saintsations, I don't want him playing for the Saints.

Nah, I don't see who he would beat out. We probably have guys on the PS that would do better in our system.

I love Ward- have his jersey hanging in my classroom.
he is done, or as noted, not as good as what we have
he'll take a cut to be the Steeler's 4 or 5, pad the stats, tutor Wallace, and head to the hall

he was a good blocker a couple years ago. hes old and slow. he would never see playing time

Would rather spend more money on Vincent Jackson or Deshawn Jeackson.
