this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Gms will be negotiating under a new CBA. It takes time to research all the changes to the new cpa and Loomis is probably dotting all his i's and crossing all his ts making sure he gets the best deal ...

One more reason the Brees deal has not yet been done
Gms will be negotiating under a new CBA. It takes time to research all the changes to the new cpa and Loomis is probably dotting all his i's and crossing all his ts making sure he gets the best deal in the most cap friendly way. It is a whole new ball game now, which is why you dont see any teams making major deals right . yet just a positive way of looking at it for all of you gloom and doomers.
