I think most would agree Moss is not a bad player,not even at his age. But his emo brakedowns have killed the teams he was in ... Just picture this : Since his forte is the 9 , he would be a 3rd read for the qb,past the shallow route 1st and 2nd receiver .The qb reads 1,passes to 2 cause he was opened and safer than a long pass to Moss . Moss comes back in the huddle and starts yelling : give me the ball ! give me the ball! give me the ball ! . Thats Randy Moss .

If we weren't set at WR, I'd say bring him in for a look. He knows the offense and was extremely successful in it as a Viking.

I disagree. The mere fact that we gave him the time of day, knowing his history, reeks of desperation, and also sends the message that character doesnt really matter. I want guys I can root for. Otherwise I would've been a Cowboys fan in the 90's.

Randy Moss is the Singing Frog. On MNF, you get "Hello My Baby Hello My Darlin Hello My Ragtime Gaaal." Then, when it really comes down to the crunch, when you really need him, you get "....crooaaak." I'd rather
have Lance Moore in the middle on third down and 4.

even if they loose Colston and Meachem, I still don't want Moss on this team, hopefully either one of them both somehow come back and all this is just another rumor that dies down

Is there anyone that can cover him in the NFC South when they have to also worry about Grambeaux, Lance Moore, Henderson, Sproles, etc? Has he learned some expensive lessons the last couple of years? Is he now really motivated as a result? Will he accept an incentive laden cap friendly contract? Is he the best option in the short term in light of Colston's and Meachem's likely departures for fatter contracts? The jury is still out, but methinks not for long. We shall see.
