Saints defender after Favre injury:"Pay me my money!"
During the 2009 NFC title game, which both sparked the league’s investigation and served as the most obvious example of assault and battery of an opposing quarterback, King writes that, after an unflagged high-low hit on Brett Favre resulted in a sprained ankle, an unnamed Saints defender was heard saying on an on-field microphone, “Pay me my money!”

(Ubiquitous eye rolling emoticon) This is so absurd! Ok not really, it is what it is guys. This kind of stuff isn't going to fly in today's NFL culture. Like it or not, it's not the 70's, 80's, or 90's anymore and we did wrong according to the current status quo.

Hear say is inadmissable.

If I went back and edited together all of the sound clips of a defensive player saying "Pay me!" or "Pay the man!" after a big hit, it would probably be 3 and a half days long.

oh god, this is all a bad dream right. HOW much more do we as fans have to take.

Will this be over soon.
