To that stupid reporter. I believe the law states that the accused has the right to know and face it's accuser. Additionally, the right of freedom of speech cannot be infringed upon to punish anyone connected with the NFL, or the case and therefore the name can and should be published. Additionally this pay me my money I believe was taken out of context as that player may have been up for a new contract at the end of that year and was talking about more money for his new contract. However the league, Rodger Goodell and ANYONE who refuses to divulge the name of the accuser is in violation of the law. The freedom of information act, the freedom of speech right and others and should be prosecuted.
