Pictures of the New Orleans Saints 2012 draft caps
New Era has replaced Reebok as the official maker of NFL head wear for the 2012 NFL draft. The move was made when Nike replaced Reebok as the official uniform maker.
New Era created three designs per team, snapbacks, fitted caps, and flex fit. Here are the photographs for the New Orleans Saints. New Orleans Saints New Era NFL draft cap designs Thoughts? |
I like the flex fitted one!

Due to the sensationalistic misinformation that your site frequently spews, I refuse to even open the link, and hope others don't as well.
WhoDatDish and CanalStreetChronicles are the bleacherreport of Saints football, but with less facts. |
That's good news, because I've never liked Reebok's caps and how they fit my (big) head.
I might order one of those New Era flex fits to see if they're any better. Here you go Danno, wouldn't want you to betray your cause: ;-) http://whodatdish.com/files/2012/03/nesaints.jpg http://whodatdish.com/files/2012/03/nesaints2.jpg http://whodatdish.com/files/2012/03/nesaints3.jpg |

I definitely research my things before posting and I don't spew BS like other writers who write for us. Hopefully your opinions change simply if it's even for solely my articles. |
... flex-fit as well.
|
Yep..add me to the flex fit list. I don't like the first 2 that just say New Orleans. Anyone can make those.
|
A few of the other teams look better, like the Colts. It all depends on the logo that's behind the words. The Saints logo behind you can't even really see... The Ravens look nice too.
|
The first 2 are UGLY. I like the 3rd hat.
|
The fitted one is dope.
Nice that the NFL finally have a good cap supplier. Will be interesting to see all other merchandise too that Nike will make. The reebok stuff has been a major disappointment. |
Ugly.

I hated their fabric choices, but some of the designs weren't that bad. |
Sweet fancy Moses those are ugly.
I may have to stock-up on some Reebok hats before this change becomes effect. Does anyone know: does New Era has exclusive rights beyond draft day or will Nike be able to make hats eventually, too? |
Those fitted ones are gaudy with the New Orleans drapped all over the hat, but I guess I would rock the black.
|
The flex fit is the only hat with a bill worth looking at... that flat-assed gangsta crap is not how a cap is supposed to be worn.
|
U G L Y, you 'aint got no alibi - you UGLY!!
|
These all look like a turd.
What is wrong with a Gold Cap and a Fleur de lis on it? These look like hats a little kid would wear. |
Absolutely fugly....
New Era must hate Saints fans... |

I can see 1 and 2 being quite popular amongst the teenage crowd... has a throw back feel to it and kids these days like to be all geared out in that type of style. I can see myself wearing #3.
|
For anyone wondering they hit shelves April 1st.

I like the last one or the bottom one.
|
Can't stand those flat bill, platterpuss looking caps.
You almost have to wear them sideways to fit, unless you have a block head. New Orleans looks too busy on a cap especially with raised lettering. "Saints" fits better with the fleur de lis. Won't have any of these in my collection. Just plain bugly. |
From a distance 1 and 2 look like New Orleans fan hats.
The city, not the football team. Might as well cut the fleur-de-lis out and put an "I heart". |
The flex fit was alright. I liked the Reebok better.
|
While I am not a fan of the first two, I do believe New Era makes a more superior hat. In the long run, I think this will be a good thing. But I agree, the graphics on the first two suck balls...and they need to design a fitted, baseball style hat rather than the ugly ass flat bill design!!! Word.
