Show me a guy who doesn't catch with his hands, and I'll show you a guy that we can do without. I like Meachem, when he catches with his hands, and that's mostly in practice during catching drills. Once the real action starts he reverts back to that bread basket, cuddle the baby thing that leaves me hoping he can use his knees and thighs to keep that thing from falling out while he's falling down. Henderson does the same thing. These guys are in receiver heaven, and I understand that the money normally doesn't come around again. If he has to have it, and we can't give it to him, then he has to go, and I wish him all the best. I take comfort in knowing that our open spots are in high demand for most receivers in the league who are looking for a place to display their talents, even if they have to do it at a loss.

I wish the guy the best of luck. It not likely he will be back in black and gold.

I always thought he was unreliable. You never knew just which ball he was going to drop. His hands have gotten better but it took him this long to do it.

I hope Meachem gets a featured job somewhere out of the division. I've always thought he was better than how he was used for us. I don't think we could have used him any better either, though, that was just how he fit into Sean's playbook.
I want to see Meach go out there and blow it up like he has the potential too, getting 8+ targets a game from someone like Phil Rivers or Fitz. |
I said it before it's cold up there. Really Cold.

He just signed with the Chargers.
