I don't mean to offend, and I confess I'm not up to speed on what Will was dealing with, but I've seen plenty of trumped up domestic charges. I ALWAYS reserve judgement when I hear 'domestic' anything.

the judge figured since he didnt see Will Smith hit ANYTHING all year, that he wasnt capable of the allegations.
