It's not so much a cap problem as it is an overall budget problem.

Anyway, I'm not that into Johnny Walker, so I wouldn't buy Blue Label even if I had the money for it. I prefer Scottish (and Irish) whiskies, especially those from the Speyside region.

Glenfiddich is my absolute favorite brand, and I have one 30 year old waiting for the right occasion to be opened - I got it as a present from my dad after he had visited Glenfiddich's original distillery in Scotland.

I'd never spend that much myself on a whisky/ey bottle - even though the 30 year old isn't hugely expensive - and I tend to stick with the 12 or 18 year old Glenfiddichs when I'm the one paying the bill.
