sorry guys I have been tied up. Any news on
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; FA or Brees? Reading another message board they made it sound like Brees is thinking about other teams and the Front Office is looking for other options. any news on all fronts?...

No news at all, just the visits this weekend: Hawthorne, Lofton, and Bunkley
Nothing is up with Drew either, as far as I know... |

Is facing him on another team. Its call "motivation". Now whether he is 'seriously" looking or just "motivational looking" is the question at hand. You can bet Condon is shopping him off the radar. If brees does not sign a Saints contract, Condon does not get paid till he signs one somewhere. If you think for a second manning being on the market is drawing interest from teams that would not look at another QB, imagine if a healthy Brees hit the market. SF for example will probably lose Smith regardless because they pissed him off... Manning goes to Denver..... Look for SF to make a puch for Brees if he starts looking. |
