I don't know much about Lofton...but I like the idea of stealing someone from the ATL...tired of them pilfering through our cookie jar!!!

If we land either, we've done very well considering our cap situation. If we land both, all hail the Mickster!!! |
Turrible GM... just turrible.

I've never heard of Bunkley until we started looking at him last week; I'm really excited about Lofton though!
He may not play worth a damn, but the Falcons tried to resign him and if we can steal him away all the more reason to like him  |
2-gap DT's never make highlite videos.
Unless you follow their team, no one knows much about any of them. |

So true, I only remembered him because of his impressive benchpress result in the combine. |

Still not enough if we sign both.jmho

I was one of if not the first person to be on the Lofton bandwagon. I fully believe that he can and will be a 3 down LB if he comes to NO. I would also love to see us sign Bunlkey as well. Big Sed has been a disappointment and I was one who wanted us to draft him and have been supportive of him to this point, but he's never really developed into what he should have. With Rogers and Franklin next to him, he should have flourished and Rogers and Franklin actually did play pretty well considering it was their first year in a GW system and should have freed up Ellis more but with no better results. Sadly, I think it's time to move on from Big Sed. We MUST get better along the D-Line. If we release Ellis and Vilma we'd have the money to make both of these signings.
