Possible Interim Head Coach for the Saints

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; They just want someone to implement the program. Spags will run the defense autonomously and Carmichael will do the same with the offense. That leaves special teams.......gulp!...

Carmichael now! Try keep things as normal as possible. Spags has enough to contend with working with the defense.

I don't think any team is better set up to get through a suspension like this.
Just let Spags and Carmichael do there thing and we will get by.
Just need the players to close shop to the media and use this to fire themselves to the Superbowl.

I rather someone come from outside to take the HC duties. Just as a game manager, but letting the OC and DC call their shots.

Spags is the right guy to be the interim IMO, because he has the mindset and ability to lead the team through these challenging times - let Carmichael handle the offense.

I think that the Saints are really fortunate to have brought in a guy like Spags, can you imagine handing over the keys to someone like GW?

Well every other team fan especially the failcons are in tears of joy over all of this and hoping this will keep us from competing.
Their also saying of course we will blame every lose on not having a headcoach

I think our Coordinators have a job to do. I think the team would do well with someone to rally around.

You'll laugh, but I would try to get coach Jim Mora (senior) to come out of retirement for one year to help the team along and coordinate with Coach Payton behind the scenes.
