If the Saints hire a coach from within the organization, they don't HAVE to interview a minority coach.
If the Saints want to hire someone outside the organization, Parcells, Cowher, gruden, etc. they HAVE to interview a minority coach. |

Actually, from what I have read of the actual rule, the internal coach has to have contract language that guarantees them a spot if there is an opening in order to get around it. It's possible that all of our coaches have that language, which would mean that they will have to all turn down the position before we can attempt to hire Parcells. but I suspect it's just Vitt, Carmichael and Spags who would have that kind of clause, and probably in that order.
