Louisiana-Lafayette tight end Ladarius Green has a private workout with the Atlanta Falcons later this week followed by a visit with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to a league source.

He has previously had private workouts with the Cleveland Browns and the New Orleans Saints.

At his campus Pro Day workout, Green improved his vertical leap to 35 inches after registering a 34-inch vertical at the NFL scouting combine.

He improved his bench press by one rep, benching 225 pounds 17 times after doing 16 reps at the combine. He weighed in at 239 pounds, catching more than 30 passes with no drops.

Green lined up at tight end and split out at wide receiver.

Green had a strong combine, running the 40-yard dash officially in 4.53 seconds while registering a 10-4 broad jump and a 7.12 three-cone drill.

At 6-foot-6, 238 pounds, Green has the ability to play tight end or wide receiver.
