Patty Yanker is at it again
Article up on his blog (didn't click on it, I refuse) saying the commish "gave the Saints more than enough slack to survive". Clearly, he's brain dead. Yasinskas, Goodell and all the other haters are just pissed we're going to make it work. No disrespect at all to Payton, but Carmichael is the genius behind the genius and Spags who ran a championship defense just has a load taken off his shoulders leaving St Louis. And Parcells brings all the motivational tools we're losing with Sean (because that's who Sean learned them from). Why can't they just be quiet after everything that's happened.
I'm starting to feel like the Pats after 2001. Their's was such a feel-good story, winning it all after 9/11 with a backup QB against the hated "Greatest Show on Turf". They continued to win and the haters began to mount in other fanbases. Now, the media is so up Tom Brady's behind that its sickening. But I don't understand how the opposite happened to us. The MEDIA hates us despite our undeniable success after decades failed season after failed season. But the other fans like us (to an extent). I'm lost.
