exactly what i thought...no one knows if he lied for a fact. all i knew was that he didnt do enough to stop it

Which just makes the whole thing more maddening because we are being told the severity of the punishment is because he 'lied' and 'covered it up', but I haven't found anything that he did either, only that in Roger's opinion he didn't do enough.
