This guy comes from a small school program (nothing wrong with it because our scouts are normally very good with players like this)

My first impression from the tape is;

He plays faster than they give him credit for, he looks like a solid tackler and can hit with force, good awareness and good ball skills, kinda small but we always get corners that are about 5"11, heres the tape
