Union victory. Would it mean Sean is free?

Well?

doubt it, the union is only helping the players

Right but who's to say the rules don't apply to him also and they missed it. Not to mention, if Sean took it to court, the precedent would be set. It would be immediate reinstatement.

Coaches are not part of the players union and most importantly not part
of the CBA.

Not going to help him.

Nope won't help him at all. Because he belongs to a different union.

The problem Sean also has is that at the end of the suspension he has to ask for reinstatement to the NFL. Anything he does even say taking this to court could make it harder for that process to work in his favor... even though it shouldn't but we are talking about Hitler.

Williams, Payton, and Vilma, Are Out. This is why we have Unions. Fight for are boys. Bring back Vilma !

I believe it could just think about it. If we find out that none of Goodell's information and research is credible then why wouldn't Sean be reinstated. But regardless I just wanna know what exactly do they have on us in those documents.
