Saints interim coach Vitt confident Brees will be in training camp
 

METAIRIE, La. (AP) -- Saints assistant head coach Joe Vitt and Drew Brees have spoken about preparations for training camp, and Vitt said he expects the star quarterback to be back with the team by then.

When asked why he's confident Brees will be back from his contract holdout, Vitt cracked, "what else is he going to do? He can't sing or dance."

It will get done July 15 or 16. He'll be in.

I know it probably will happen then. But I sure as Hell hope not.
We are missing the fire that Payton and Drew bring. We won't get Sean Payton back this season. So we need Drew now to take over the locker room and practice field. He's gonna' get well paid........so just do it already.:brood:
