A message from the public service department: Residents know this but out of towners keep your wallet and cell phone in your front pockets! I stopped 2 punk kids from trying to pick my cousins pocket after the Saints/Texans preseason game. Notice them walking next to my cousin so I dropped back to see what they were up to and when my cousin stopped at one of the intersections on Bourbon they tried to bump into him and take his wallet. The punks arm and shoulder probably stopped hurting this week.
