You can't justify it anymore...
Deal with it and move on. You can't sit there and make up excuses that the NFL created false documents. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Give it a break. The **** hit the fan and the people were called out on it. I've seen more than enough excuses the last few months. There was enough evidence presented today to shut everyone up. And Vilma complaining that his career is ruined because of Goodell is laughable. Vilma ruined his own career and then decided to shove himself into the spotlight to ruin it further. So now HE will be the sole player remembered due to "bountygate". Wake up and realize that the Saints got caught and they are being punished for it. You can't blame Goodell for having full jurisdiction when the NFLPA agreed to the CBA terms. |

Yeah, I don't know who your team is, but perhaps you should go to your own forum or watch OTA footage on youtube. The Saints have a very strong argument which only gets stronger as the NFL presents the "evidence" it relies upon. I can't wait for this whole thing to play out.

2 points of offense. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 2 points! How do you justify THAT? And going for it on 4th and 1! Oh man I wonder what kind of lame powerpoint slides your birdbrain coach used for that one.
So, nah, I have to say, I'm not quite ready to "deal with" 2 freaking points and "move on" or "shut up." I'll never stop talking about the Falcons scoring 2 points in a playoff game, or going for it on 4th and 1. In fact it never EVER gets tiring to me...everyone (including Phocis) repeat the chant after me: 2 POINTS! 2 POINTS! 2 POINTS! (There are junior league girls' soccer teams that routinely score more offensive points in a game than that, by the way.) |

Haha, you think I care about that? I moved on. We got rid of the one person holding the Falcons offense back, Mike Mularkey.
I'm not sure what the Falcons have to do with this post tho, but whatever. I've watched one of the members here fall into the denial trap. It's been sad to watch because Falcons fans KNOW how that works. We went through pure **** 5 years ago. Seems now it's another NFC Souths turn. |
BTW I also loved it when your coach threw the red flag and challenged a Jimmy Graham catch in the last game, just so he could watch it on the jumbotron and see what happened. Everybody in the world got to sit there, and watch your coach squinting up at the screen, while he scrunched up his face and watched the replay with a confused look on his face..."oh I dunno, I guess that is a catch, but it happened so fast"...hahaha, lost a crucial time out they probably could have used down the stretch...

This 'rivalry' has become a joke: 6 out of the last 7, 10 of 12. Five of six in your dome. Whether we get over 'it' or not, we'll still sweep your piss poor asses. |

What's the word for a one-sided rivalry? Oh yeah, DOMINANT |

Thanks for whoever posted this pic!!
Reaction when Lofton signed with the Saints; the Saints are the guy in the middle, falcons are the bytches on either side!!!

There has still not been any evidence to date that the Saints players intentionally injured any other players as claimed by Goodell. I have known you for a couple of years and you have always been somewhat logical. Can you not see that there are more holes in the NFL's claims than a bum's underwear? Every time they release "evidence" it exposes more mistakes. |
1. I don't care about Lofton. We were gonna get rid of him anyway.
2. 3 playoff losses sucks. But losing to 2 SB winners and the other team that made it that far makes it sting less. Would I like to win, yes, but it hasn't been our time yet. 3. The Falcons have a new OC and DC. No, it will not fix all our problems, but at least we will have a different gameplan for once. And I do not see how MM protected Ryan. Last year he got the **** kicked out of him thanks to our pathetic LT in Baker. 4. This thread was more a poke to Guido, however, coming here all I see are complaints and whining. The conspiracy theories are saddening. I remember going through those as well. Though its fun to laugh and jab at the rival, I'm sure the team will pull through it. I'm not sure how well they will play considering the circumstances and missing coaches, but I can still see at least a winning season. And to those who think the Falcons are trash, so think it. We will keep pushing forward. We were a pure stepping ground when Vick went to jail and our coach quit on us. That next year, Ryan's rookie season, was a blessing to all Falcons fans. It gave us hope. This is now year 5. It's our time. |
I agree it's "your time" to hopefully score more than two points, but that's about it.

Why are coaches so quiet?
I get why GW is quiet. His suspension is indefinite. SP's isnt. Remaining quiet won't reduce his suspension or save him money. I don't get it. And Benson needs to have a couple drinks and stand in front of a mic. This is silly. Media doesn't believe players over evidence because none of the grown-ups are speaking in defense of our team. Effing say something leadership. Anything would be good at this point.

Say, Phocis. Get your sorry arz off our forum. Your team must be beyond sorry. You're here in our living room, issuing directives about what we can and cannot talk about. Go get a team. Then you might understand loyalty. |

Oh! And Phocis does have a team. The Falcons. And he is a devout fan and must be respected as such. He loves his team as much as we do ours. While we quite often disagree I have to say he is a stand up guy. |

Notice the difference in tone from this thread and the one by the Redskins fan. One is jovial and responds positively to banter, but this flamer's sole purpose is to antagonize. Good riddance, and again, 5 out of 6, 10 out of 12. |
