I know they signed off authority to him. That's what I said in my post...
I'm saying he needs to be held accountable for making rulings without just cause. He has authority over the NFL, but the league itself exists inside of our country which has a constitution that is supposed to prevent this kind of circus. Because if the allegations were true, it wouldn't just be against NFL rules, it would be a felony to hurt players intentionally. So these guys should have a right to defend themselves against such claims. This is something that could affect the rest of their lives. This is why I don't understand why this isn't going to federal court.
